The seedlings team works with children to explore and process feelings that are troubling them and help them to develop confined in expressing themselves. Seedlings hold weekly sessions in our school.

Talent Match Programme- Personalised pathways to education and employment

The Talent Match programme is aimed at 16-25 year olds who have not been in employment, education or training for over 12 months. This could include those who have been on the work programme, lone parents, people on ESA and those on other benefits or outside the benefit system. Systemic Family Practice- Explore difficulties as a family

Systemic Family Practise (SFP) is a way of talking together that supports family members to explore difficult thoughts and feelings safely, to understand each other’s experiences and views and be more able to help each other. YPAS do not take sides or blame, but support families to find their own solutions, while respecting a family’s culture, family member’s ages, needs and preferences.

Parental Support- Managing Children’s Behaviour- Incredible Years

This Parenting Programme focuses on strengthening parenting competencies and fostering parent involvement in children’s experiences, to promote their social and emotional skills and reduce conduct problems. The programme is for any parent or carer of a child aged between 2 and 10 years old in Liverpool who want to learn new ways to manage their child’s behaviour.

Practical one to one support- Information and Guidance (IAG)

Young People IAG

This course is delivered through one to one support and is available for children and young people aged 10-25 who, due to a side range of needs, are isolated and often have low self confidence and self- esteem. The aim of the project is to support and give confidence to young people in setting goals, focusing on enhancing positive mental health and wellbeing, assisting young people to break down any barriers or challenges faced.

Parenting IAG

Family pressures can sometimes be difficult to manage without support and guidance to help. Many parents feel confused by what information is available or struggle to access services. Parenting IAG will provide a listening ear and provide parents with information, advice and guidance including signposting to internal and external organisations depending on the needs of the family.
