At Anfield Road Primary School we believe that real life experiences are a fundamental part of our Curriculum. Our residential visits provide unique opportunities for learning whilst also encouraging children to engage with people, places and environments in new ways. 

During your child's time at Anfield Road, they will have multiple opportunities to attend a year group residential. These are fantastic experiences that bring the children closer together, put learning into context and provide them with many great opportunities and life skills. The diverse and high quality residentials on offer at Anfield Road means that our staff can create experiences that enhance pupils’ classroom learning, adding opportunities pupils may not otherwise have.

Current residential visits include:

• Year 2 – Crosby Hall (17th June - 19th June)
• Year 3 – York (10th June - 12th June)
• Year 4 – Wales (1st July - 3rd July)
• Year 5 – London (29th April - 1st May)
• Year 6 – Lake District (17th March - 21st March)
