    What is ParentPay?

    ParentPay is the leading cashless payment system for schools.

    It is a secure, online platform that will allow you to fully manage your finances in school. ParentPay is not a downloadable mobile app, it is a secure, online platform that is accessed through your web browser. 
     

    What will I use be able to use this for as a Parent/Carer?
     

    Once you have set this up ParentPay will be used to book and pay for a variety of activities in school including; 

    • Wraparound care – Breakfast Club, L4 After School Club and Enrichment Clubs.

    • School visits – e.g. London, Tower Wood, Llandudno, York and Crosby Hall

    How do I activate my account/log in?
     

    You can access Parent Pay by simply going to https://www.parentpay.com/ and select "Parent Login" from the "For Parents" dropdown in the right-hand corner and enter your log in details.

    Where do I get help with this school system/platform?


    If you have not yet activated your account, please request your login username and password from the school office.

    You can reset your details at any time by selecting the "forgotten your password" link.
