Children’s Centre Registration Form
Once you have registered with the centre you will be able to access any of the services and activities on offer. Please ensure that you keep the centre updated if any of your contact details change so that you don’t miss out. If you need any support with filling in the registration form please contact the safeguarding team or pop in to the centre and they will be happy to help.

Domestic Violence
The centre runs You & Me, Mum course which is a 10 week programme for people with experiences of domestic and sexual abuse. It aims to empower and support survivors in furthering their understanding of their role as mothers and in addressing the needs of children and young people who have lived with domestic abuse.
